Custom structure chests use six different loot tables, and they are not all equal. This page separates guaranteed rewards from weighted rolls and points out which placed chests use each table.

Goron Shop Boulder
The decoded structure has five chest blocks pointing to the goron_shop_boulder_chest table. This table makes two rolls from Coal (weight 20, 1–4), Bombchu (25), Iron Pickaxe (10), Mysterious Scrap (5), Lava Bucket (15), or Raw Iron (25, 1–2). It adds one or two supply rolls from Green Rupees, Stone, Iron Nuggets, Raw Copper and empty Hylian Bottles. A final roll is either a Fairy Arrow (weight 40) or Green Rupee (60).
Link’s House
The single documented chest uses a one-roll table with just the Magic Lantern as its entry, weight 100. The template also has eight barrels with empty item lists; do not assume they contain treasure.
Lon Lon Ranch
The locally decoded template has five chests total. One regular Ranch chest at (103, 4, 17) uses the table with the guaranteed Epona sheet. Two secret-table chests are saved at (22, 4, 93) and (105, 4, 20); their first pool rolls one to three times from bottled Tatl (weight 5), Golden Apples (45) or Lon Lon Milk (55), alongside other supply pools. Two additional chests use vanilla tannery and shepherd tables.
Windmill and the elevated secret chest
The regular chest has one guaranteed Song of Storms sheet and additional weighted supplies, including occasional Mysterious Scrap. The secret chest has a 10-weight bottled Tael entry versus a 90-weight bottled Healing Fairy entry in its first one-roll pool: 10% versus 90% in that specific pool. Other pools add travel materials, rupees, an occasional Boomerang, and one enchanted book with enchantment levels set between 20 and 30.
The saved template places the regular chest at (12, 3, 14) and the secret chest at (12, 21, 6) in local template coordinates. Its height difference is 18 blocks. World generation may rotate or translate the template.
Other valuable structure discoveries
The Great Fairy Fountain uses 128 Fairy Water blocks to support transformations; the Healing Fairy Fountain has two directly placed Healing Fairy entities. These are interactions and mob sources, not extra chest loot tables.
