A few small items make a big difference between fights. Magic Jars refill the magic meter, Healing Fairies restore health, Lon Lon Cows fill Hylian Bottles with milk, and the goddess flames add custom brewing recipes.
Magic Jars
When a player kills an eligible monster and is below their maximum magic, the source performs an independent 15% Magic Jar roll. Silverfish are excluded by the parent kill-event handler. Picking up a Magic Jar restores 15 magic, capped at the player’s maximum. Your server or modpack may configure other magic-related values.
Healing Fairies
Use an empty Hylian Bottle on a Healing Fairy to capture it. Without an empty bottle, interacting with the fairy consumes it, heals up to 7 health points when you are injured and grants Regeneration for 80 ticks (4 seconds). The Healing Fairy Fountain is a documented place to look.
Lon Lon Milk
Use an empty Hylian Bottle on an adult Lon Lon Cow to collect Lon Lon Milk. A cow has a default 6,000-tick (five-minute) milking cooldown. Ordinary buckets are intentionally rejected. The Lon Lon Ranch is a documented location with cow spawn overrides. Zelda’s Lullaby can reset nearby milk timers.
